Refund policy

Returns
• Customers may inspect and try the item while the courier is waiting. 
• If the item is not suitable, it may be returned immediately to the courier in the same condition received and in its original packaging. 
• Orders cannot be returned once the courier leaves. 

Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of receiving the order. 
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. 
• Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. 

Non Returnable Items
• Worn or damaged items. 
• Items without original packaging. 
• Sale or discounted items.
